Joe Bennell, Senior Broker with The Colorado Group, Inc. grew up in Lafayette and currently resides in Longmont.  Driven by the philosophy that hard work breeds success, Joe worked multiple jobs in the construction trades, while going to tech school at night, earning his degree in electronics engineering from DeVry.  Joe’s career and education path have shaped him to be very adept at problem-solving, and critical thinking in complicated matters.  Joe’s a great communicator, fun to work with, and well respected among clients and colleagues.

Brokering since 2004 and prior to joining The Colorado Group, Joe co-owned and operated multiple real estate offices throughout Boulder County, providing guidance and support for more than 75 broker affiliates and associates, while actively brokering transactions for his clientele and personal investments.  His commercial real estate focus is in light industrial, office, and multi-family.  Joe loves to serve hardworking, bright-minded professionals with consulting, deal analysis, and full-service real estate brokerage.  Additionally, his background in residential brokerage has helped hundreds of families enjoy the benefits of homeownership along the Colorado front-range.

Joe serves his community by volunteering with the Skyline Longmont Kiwanis Club, and raising money for need based organizations in the community. In his time off, Joe enjoys outdoor recreation with his family; Hiking, biking, skiing, and moto-adventure camping.
